1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (the “Client”) and Velocity Wear (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to all quotes, orders and custom production we carry out. Placing an order or paying a deposit confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the specification, artwork, garment, decoration method and quantity you provide, and are typically valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed and a production slot reserved only once the booking deposit (see Payment Terms) has been received and your order details are agreed in writing.
3. Minimum order quantity
We produce orders of any quantity, subject to a minimum order of 20 pieces per design. There is no upper limit — from a single 20-piece drop to bulk and wholesale runs in the thousands, with tiered pricing that rewards volume.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made in three stages:
- 20% booking deposit — payable upfront to confirm your order and reserve your production slot.
- 50% on demo approval — due once you review and approve the digital demo / mockup, before production begins.
- Remaining balance before shipping — the outstanding amount must be paid so that 100% of the order value is cleared before your goods are shipped. Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received.
Deposits become non-refundable once production has started, as custom items are made specifically for you. All prices are exclusive of shipping (see Shipping & Delivery) and of any applicable taxes or duties.
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping is charged separately and is not included in product prices. The delivery cost depends on where you need your order delivered, along with the weight, volume and service selected, and is quoted and invoiced separately. We ship nationwide and worldwide, including the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once production is complete and full payment is received.
6. Artwork, demo & approvals
You are responsible for ensuring you own or are licensed to use any logos, designs or artwork you supply. We produce a digital demo / mockup for your approval before production; once approved, it is treated as the final, agreed specification. Slight variations in colour, placement and finish are normal in custom decoration and are not considered defects.
7. Production & turnaround
Production lead times are confirmed in your quote and start from the date of demo approval and cleared payment. Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guarantees, and may be affected by order size, artwork complexity, stock availability and courier timelines.
8. Changes & cancellations
Changes requested after demo approval, or cancellations after production has begun, may incur additional charges and may not be possible. Please confirm all details carefully at the demo stage.
9. Returns, defects & claims
Because every item is custom-made to your specification, orders cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or a discrepancy from the approved demo, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assess a repair, remake or fair resolution for the affected pieces.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your own brand assets and artwork. All website content, original designs, mockups and materials created by Velocity Wear remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Velocity Wear operates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
