1. Custom-made to order
Every Velocity Wear order is custom-made specifically for you — your garment, your artwork, your colours, sizes and decoration. Unlike off-the-shelf stock, custom items cannot be resold or restocked, so our return policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our work.
2. No returns once an order is processed & shipped
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Production is the point of no return: as soon as your approved order enters production and is dispatched, the goods have been made to your exact specification and are on their way to you. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design choices that were approved at the demo stage.
By placing an order and approving your demo / mockup, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Custom items are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable.
- Returns and refunds are not available once an order has been processed and shipped.
- The approved demo / mockup is the final, agreed specification — please review sizes, spelling, colours and placement carefully before approving.
3. Changes & cancellations before production
We understand plans change. You may request changes or cancel your order before production begins. Once we have started making your items, changes and cancellations may not be possible and any work already completed (including your deposit) may be non-refundable, as the materials and labour have been committed to your custom order.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. While change-of-mind returns are not accepted, you are fully covered if something is genuinely wrong with your order. If your order arrives with a real manufacturing defect, or differs from your approved demo (for example, the wrong item, size or print was produced on our side), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos.
We will review the issue and, where a fault on our part is confirmed, offer a fair resolution for the affected pieces — typically a repair, a remake or a replacement. Slight variations in colour, placement and finish are normal in custom decoration and are not considered defects.
5. How to raise a claim
To report a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number and the name the order was placed under.
- A description of the issue and which pieces are affected.
- Clear photos showing the defect or discrepancy.
Please keep the affected items as received until your claim has been assessed. Do not wash, wear or alter them, as this can affect our ability to resolve the issue.
